Why do I need a consultation if I know what I want done?

When discussing cosmetic rejuvenation with patients, I find it is SO important to spend the time necessary to discuss what the patient is concerned about and what they would like enhanced or downplayed. It is so important to get this part of the consultation correct as it sets expectations up.

frown lines

Unlike photoshopped models, most people do NOT want to look “fake”- most still want to be able to smile, to frown, to have all the normal facial expressions present.

Equally, with fillers, most women don’t want fake looking lips, nor do they want nasolabial folds completely gone, but subtly decreased- the idea behind each of these is a look of refreshment, not obvious “surgery”.

This is why the first complimentary consultation will allow this and other discussions and set the tone, including budget, moving forward. To do otherwise is to invite unhappy patients and complaints.

Also, despite all the advertising, this is still a medical procedure and therefore it is important that you understand what is involved, and who will be doing your procedure and that they understand what to do if a complication occurs.

So book your complimentary consult today to discuss your desired look and what I can offer you. I look forward to seeing you at one of my clinics soon!
